How do you make window Appliques?

How do you make window Appliques/decals? I have cool title to put on the window of my mod The Blue Green Machine. Can anyone help me?

I don't know how to make the applique, but you can do a custom etch using a dremel. Draw or print an image on paper and tape it to the backside of where you want the etch (becareful not to etch lettering backwards). Then "trace" the design with the dremel tool on the other side (front or back or window is all personal preference). a few LED's set into drilled slots in the edges of the plexi will make the etching stand out more btw.
